We enlisted the support of Jon Brock in December 2021 to sell our townhouse. Our property was listed a month earlier with a different realtor but after 49 showings and a very stressful 2 weeks, it was not sold! Jon captured our attention for many reasons. Jon and his team are amazing. I am the son of a semi-retired agent, so I know the industry and normally we wouldn't go looking for an Agent but we would handle it ourselves.
