The reality of real estate in Toronto and the adjacent areas is that you have to be quick, REALLY quick. You need an agent who you can count on literally at any time of the day to be there for you, and Jon is that guy! We went from seeing the place to making an offer and to buying the place within 12 hours really. In days where time is literally money (24 hours can mean losing your shot in THE house, or >50k extra), you will need someone able to find the reality behind the “asking price” and get to the bottom of what is required in each situation very fast. I was flabbergasted to see how his assessments of property prices were always right.
