We enlisted the support of Jon Brock in December 2021 to sell our townhouse. Jon and his team are amazing. I am the son of a semi-retired agent, so I know the industry and normally we wouldn't go looking for an Agent but we would handle it ourselves. But we had to sell a property I was a 3 hour drive away from us and the logistics were impossible. I was very picky about who I worked with and Jon came to me through a referral. Jon and his team took care of everything from start to finish and got me top dollar for the place. We sold well above market and significantly above our goals. The thing that stood out most was the time and care put in to finding us a solution that worked for our situation.
