My fiancé and I just bought our first home, and we couldn’t have done it without Jon Brock and his team! We were new to real estate and Jon was thorough in helping us learn the process and everything we needed to consider. Visiting properties with him was informative and fun! After several showings, he noticed what we both wanted out of a home and found a place that ticked all the boxes! His strategy allowed us to stay away from intimidating bidding wars, and we got a deal that was under asking, with the conditions we needed. We enlisted the support of Jon Brock in December 2021 to sell our townhouse. Our property was listed a month earlier with a different realtor but after 49 showings and a very stressful 2 weeks, it was not sold! Jon captured our attention for many reasons. The search for a real estate agent began once we considered selling our family home. We quickly realized there were two types of agents. The first were agents who got your listing, put their sign on your lawn, put an ad in the paper, organized an open house and waited for a buyer to come. These agents we discovered tend to sell only a few houses a year. The second group of agents maintain a full time office staff and have a network of professional associates to advise and assist in the preparation of your home for sale. Real Estate Jon determined the optimal date to place our home on the market not only the day but to the hour. He presented us with a price range that was realistic, leading us to comfortably make a pricing decision. Despite being in what everyone called a very poor market, Real Estate Jon booked 45 showings within the first day that produced 4 valid and competing offers culminating in the sale closing in 36 hours for over asking price. Yet this was not the end of his involvement. Jon and his wonderful staff remained in close contact right up to closing to ensure all went smoothly.
