The search for a real estate agent began once we considered selling our family home. We quickly realized there were two types of agents. The first were agents who got your listing, put their sign on your lawn, put an ad in the paper, organized an open house and waited for a buyer to come. These agents we discovered tend to sell only a few houses a year. The second group of agents maintain a full time office staff and have a network of professional associates to advise and assist in the preparation of your home for sale. His regular updates gave us the confidence to make the final decision when it was appropriate for us to place our house on the market for sale. Real Estate Jon determined the optimal date to place our home on the market not only the day but to the hour.
