The search for a real estate agent began once we considered selling our family home. We quickly realized there were two types of agents. The first were agents who got your listing, put their sign on your lawn, put an ad in the paper, organized an open house and waited for a buyer to come. The second group of agents maintain a full time office staff and have a network of professional associates to advise and assist in the preparation of your home for sale. Jon has a process for marketing which goes beyond putting a sign on the lawn; he publishes a high-quality brochure, creates a professional video and displaying our home on its own website. The results were amazing! Despite being in what everyone called a very poor market, Real Estate Jon booked 45 showings within the first day that produced 4 valid and competing offers culminating in the sale closing in 36 hours for over asking price. Yet this was not the end of his involvement. Jon and his wonderful staff remained in close contact right up to closing to ensure all went smoothly.
