Jon and his team are amazing. I am the son of a semi-retired agent, so I know the industry and normally we wouldn't go looking for an Agent but we would handle it ourselves. But we had to sell a property I was a 3 hour drive away from us and the logistics were impossible. I was very picky about who I worked with and Jon came to me through a referral. Despite being in what everyone called a very poor market, Real Estate Jon booked 45 showings within the first day that produced 4 valid and competing offers culminating in the sale closing in 36 hours for over asking price.
