The search for a real estate agent began once we considered selling our family home. We quickly realized there were two types of agents. Despite being in what everyone called a very poor market, Real Estate Jon booked 45 showings within the first day that produced 4 valid and competing offers culminating in the sale closing in 36 hours for over asking price. We sold our home in less than 24 hours! This was incredible and a HUGE weight off of our shoulders!
