As first time home buyers, Jon was the perfect person to have as we navigated the Toronto real estate market. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about what was needed to pursue the properties we were interested in, he made the process far less daunting than we expected. I never would have imagined buying my first home could be so easy! Jon was able to connect me with all the right people to seamlessly execute the purchase of my first home.
